私の授業 生化学実習
生化学や栄養学に関連する生命現象をモノ(物質/分子)として捉えるための実験実習である。タンパク質の定量、電気泳動、抗体の特異性、酵素のpH依存性、PCRによるDNA増幅等の実験を通して、生命現象を定性的・定量的に解析できるようになることを目指している。
メッセージ 栄養学科は、理系の学科です。何よりも論理的思考が大事だと考えています。暗記も大事ですが、まず理解することです。先生方の講義や実習をよく観てよく聞いて、その場でできるだけ理解することを心がけてください。時には疑いの目を持って。
